The regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Marshall, Clark County, Illinois, are held on the second Monday and the fourth Monday of each month, unless that date is a legally observed holiday. In that case, the meeting will be scheduled for the following Wednesday. The meetings are held in the Council Room of City Hall, 201 Michigan Avenue, starting at 7:30 P.M.
